What TrainerLedger does
TrainerLedger is a billing ledger for personal trainers. It reads the Google Calendar a trainer already keeps, matches each training session to the right client, and turns every month into a clear, closable list: sessions, fees and invoices, with the calendar itself untouched.
How it uses Google user data
When a trainer connects their Google account, TrainerLedger asks for read-only access to Google Calendar. It reads event titles and times solely to build that trainer’s own session ledger and monthly invoices. It never writes to, edits or deletes calendar events, never shares calendar data with anyone else, and the trainer can revoke access at any time from their Google account’s security settings.
