Sign in with Google and give TrainerLedger read-only access to the calendar you already keep. It takes a minute. We never get write access, and we never change an event.
We match sessions to clients
TrainerLedger reads each session and matches it to the right client and fee. Anything it is unsure about waits in a review list for one tap to confirm.
Your monthly close sends the invoices
At month end you get one screen: who trained, how many sessions, what they owe. Check it, hit send, and the invoices go out. Minutes, not an afternoon.

You want workout programming
Training plans, habit coaching, a branded client app — that is a coaching platform, not a ledger. Look at QuickCoach (free for up to 20 clients), TrueCoach or ABC Trainerize. You run a studio or gym

You just want online booking
If clients picking a slot is all you need, Square Appointments is free for one person and very good. You will still reconcile sessions, fees and months yourself — that reconciliation is the part TrainerLedger does for you.

- Does TrainerLedger write to my Google Calendar?
- Never. It asks only for read-only access and has no code that could change your calendar. Google stays the place you plan; TrainerLedger is only the money side behind it.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The 14-day trial needs no card. Add one when you are ready to keep going. If you do not, your workspace simply pauses and your data waits for you until you come back.
- Where does my data live?
- In your own private workspace, hosted in the UK and Europe. Your clients and figures are only ever visible to you — never shown to or pooled with another trainer.
- Is my clients’ data safe?
- TrainerLedger holds only what billing needs — names, sessions and fees — kept private to your account. No client of yours ever has to install an app to be invoiced.
- What happens if I decide to leave?
- You can export your revenue history at any time and cancel from your account whenever you like. Your data stays yours — take it with you and close the account when you are done.
